Career & Experience:

Dylan completed his Law Degree at the University of Liverpool in 2019, and qualified as a solicitor in July 2022. Dylan has always had a particular interest in commercial law and spent the majority of his time training in a regional Commercial Property department before moving to Lawson West upon qualification. Dylan acts on behalf of many individuals and companies on a range of different commercial property matters, including:

• Secured Lending/Finance and Commercial Bridging Loans

• Commercial Leases

• Acquisition and disposal of Commercial Property and Land

• Applications for adverse possession and prescriptive easements in respect of both registered and unregistered land

• Development work including Overage Agreements, Option Agreements, Pre-Emption Agreements and Exclusivity Agreements

Dylan’s personal hobbies involve football, golf and cars.
