Fiona explains, “I am equally comfortable in dealing with those matters and will ensure that you are fully aware of the stages of the court process; including what you can expect to happen whilst you are at court.”

Fiona enjoys the challenges faced in resolving children and financial matters and has acted successfully, in a wide range of complex matters. She understands that this is likely to be a troubling time in your life and that your instructions will be unique. Of course, your instructions may change as your matter progresses and I am always approachable to discuss your case.”

Fiona also acts for clients who may require documents drafting, such as Pre-nuptial agreements, Post – nuptial agreements, Co-habitation agreements, Change of Name deeds (adults and Children) and Affidavits to Marry abroad.
