Experience & Career:

Rebecca has been working in Wills, Trusts and Probate since 2017. Rebecca has experience in advising on a wide range of matters, including complex and bespoke Wills, Estate Administration including Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, Trust creation and administration, long term care costs, Inheritance Tax and potential claims that may be brought against an Estate.

Rebecca also has experience dealing with residential conveyancing matters.

Rebecca prides herself on providing a supportive and efficient service to clients and has a particular interest in dealing with complex Estate Administration matters.

Rebecca is an Associate Solicitor and joined Lawson-West Solicitors in January 2023. Rebecca qualified as a Solicitor in October 2020, having completed the Legal Practice Course alongside her Training Contract. Rebecca achieved the award for the Best Overall Performance on the Legal Practice Course (Part Time).

Rebecca is an Affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is currently undertaking the STEP Diploma.

Outside of work Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and travelling.
