If you are suffering from mental health issues, or due to the pandemic and Working From Home, have generated feelings of isolation, loneliness, depression or anxiety, then the value of taking time to enjoy and embrace nature cannot be underestimated in the support of personal wellbeing.

Nature can really help to provide solace in a confusing time, helping to ground emotions and provide inner peace and a quiet time to reflect.

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and we whole-heartedly support getting out into the Great British countryside to generate good and positive feelings.
