Family Court Fees Increase
Fees in the Family Court have remained the same since 2021. However, as of 1st May 2024, a 10% increase will take effect.
The increases come into effect following a period of consultation, with the aim being to enhance the resources available to the Court in the hope of tackling the current delays facing separating families across the UK.

Following feedback from practitioners and charities supporting the victims of domestic abuse, the fee to apply to the Court for a Divorce will remain £593.
