Marriage, Divorce & Annulment: Effect on Wills
There are significant implications on Wills which have been made by a testator/testatrix:

If they have made a Will and that Will is not in contemplation of a future marriage – but the testator/testatrix goes on to marry

If they make a Will whilst married, but go on to divorce

If they make a Will, but the marriage is later deemed as Void.
