You might not have seen the article in 'Today's Conveyancer' magazine about one law firm consultancy's experience of the subject of Asset-Based Pricing in law firms, a hot topic in law firms right now.

From a joint Law Society webinar held with Big Yellow Penguin Limited, the article takes a closer look at how law firms win, deliver and price work including the results of a poll taken at the webinar and insight about conveyancing legal fees.

In the poll, only 39.4% of the law firm audience agreed with this statement:

"We have a pricing strategy and policy that is consistently applied."
