It's National Conveyancing Week!
In light of this year's 'National Conveyancing Week' (17th to 21st March 2025), we celebrate the continued success of our expert Conveyancing Team here at Lawson West.
National Conveyancing Week was launched in March 2023 and since then has been a yearly event aimed at raising awareness and understanding of the importance of the role that Property Lawyers/Conveyancers play in the home moving process as well as to highlight the challenges faced by Conveyancers every day.
With the stamp duty threshold changing again from 1st April 2025, it seems the perfect time for National Conveyancing Week as all Conveyancers are currently under increasing pressure to complete as many transactions as possible whilst still ensuring the legal work is undertaken properly whilst also managing the expectations of those clients who will not be able to move by the end of this month.
