Commercial Property - HMRC Update
The most recent HMRC monthly property transactions commentary published on the 29th November 2024 certainly shows the strength and growth in the commercial property market in the UK. The key figures published are as follows:

The provisional non-seasonally adjusted non-residential property transactions in October 2024 are 47% higher than October 2023;

October 2024 had the highest monthly figure of non-residential transactions since the statistics began in April 2005.
